- 10-Day Quote Validity: Our quotes are valid for 10 days after they're delivered to your inbox.
- Complimentary Adjustments: Take advantage of two free itinerary changes within these 10 days, including flights and accommodations.
- $25 Change Fee: Should you need more than two changes, a nominal fee of $25 per modification will apply. This covers date switches, traveler updates, destination changes, and alternations to your resort or hotel selection. Get your group's consensus before you lock in your choices.
- New Research Fee: Looking for updates past the 10-day window? We'll require an additional fee to craft a fresh quote tailored to your revised needs.
- Timely Payments: Secure your booking by paying the deposit, and remember, the balance is typically due between 30 to 45 days before your trip begins. For last-minute escapes, full payment is needed when you book.
- Non-refundable Fees: All fees dedicated to the research and curation of your trip are not refundable if you choose not to proceed or cancel.
